When it comes to Lederhosen and the nationalday in Norway

Do you see any equalty between the following picture...

and this one?

I guess the answer is yes? I see that the first picture is x-years older than the second, and that the first one is in the city, and the second one in the middle of nowhere... aand other things. But equalties, EQUALTIES.

Here goes:

1) A "train" of people. (don't know a English word to cover that nicely, sorry for that)
2) National suits.
3) Flags*

* would be equal if I would have found a better picture as my first picture...

Does anyone know what is on these two pictures? Neh?

The first one is from Octoberfest in Germany. So beer, beer, beer. Party, party, party. Drunk bavarians in Lederhosen everywhere. (Lederhosen, hohohoh)

The second picture is from the Norwegian nationalday. The 17th of May, the day where Norway once in the time got free from Sweden. Or was it Denmark? (I really should know this o.O).. Not that it matters now. It's the Norwegian nationalday, period.

What I find funny is that Germans celebrate beer like Norway celebrates freedom. In the exact same way. The flags, the national suits, the "trains" (they just said on telly here in Germany that the train in Munich today was 7 Km. SEVEN KM WITH DRUNK PEOPLE IN LEDERHOSEN ((heheheh, Lederhosen))!). And yes, the tv-coverage. I don't know how many channels sends things about Octoberfest here in Germany, like we do at the 17th of May in Norway, with the clown.. eh.. king, waving from a balcony and stuff.

So what does that say about Germany?

(Lederhosen?.. Nein.. Bier)

What a lovable country. Drunk Germans is more interesting than the waving clown, eh.. king, any day! Man how I love Germany!

..

And here is a little extra treat, for my dear readers. A picture... of a dude in Lederhosen. HAHA:

Good evening!

Possible Arcturus-reunion?!

Lookie!

... I mean it, seriously. IF that happens, you can hear me scream from my current location, to the moon*

... of course this all comes now cause Vortex (and Mustis) is out of Dimmu.. which sucks MUCH. But if Arcturus is a consequence of that, I'm not crying, I'm not whining, I'm not being a whiny crybaby. I LOVE ARCTURUS! Aajja <3

Cross yer fingers and toesies, I do.

* this is not a fact if I am in a spaceship near the moon.. if that is the fact, then of course you can hear me back to the earth again. In your houses. And NOT on the radio, without technical shit. Arcturus reunion = LOUD screams. LOUD.

We have to hide our wallets!!

"The man tried to steal them, I have to go hide the wallets. Before he comes again."

Who? What man?

"The man who tried to steal our wallets. I must hide them for him."

Who?

"The man!"

Why would he steal our wallets?

"I have no idea, but the man is trying to, and we need to hide them. "

What man?

"Grhhh. It doesn't matter. I have to hide our wallets!"

What are you talking about?

"The.. wallets. Wait.. I'm talking in my sleep again? But it makes sense!"

It makes sense, huh?

"Yes.. I mean, the man.. who.."

What man!?

"GRRRR. I don't know! Stop that now!"

Don't get angry? What man?

"Uhm... Uhm.. Hehehe, actually I have absolutely no idea!"

This is weird.

"But it's funny, I'm talking in my sleep when I'm awake! HohohHAHAHAHAHEHEHh...huhu. "

END OF DIALOGUE

The weird one in the dialogue is me, and I'm asleep. In the start, at least, eventually I wake up and realize what nonsense I'm talking! I haven't even number over how many times my boyfriend confronts me the day after telling all the shit I said in my sleep. Of course with a smile around his mouth, I believe that it is indeed quite funny.. Waking up by a girlfriend who is talking absolute nonsense when she herself believes everything makes perfect sense. I did it god-knows how many times here in Germany. Hell, one of the times (the first night) I manage to wake up the whole house with my loud talking in sleep. Luckily (?) I spoke in Norwegian, so noone understood a shit, exept for my boyfriend who understood "It's so cheap! It just costs 99 krones!". (Made perfect sense, I dreamt that I was buying perfume =P ).

I somehow wish I wrote down everything my boyfriend said that I said in my sleep, it could be fun reading xD   Some more things I remember is some obsessing over a pillowcase, almost panicing cause mine and my boyfriends was not matching, and one time I actually took all my bedsheets down to our toilet, plus my cellphones and my chargers, cause I believed that someone was "controlling" my bed. (Whatever that is about).. and ohye, one time I kissed my best friend in sleep cause I was sure I was lying next to my boyfriend. My, my.... Is this normal, or is something wrong with me? xD Just askin'....

Anyway! Have a nice evening further! Tudeluuu~

PS: Sorry for inactivity on blog, wanted to write concert-reviews after Summer Breeze and stuff, but I've been sooo tired and sooo lazy. Mabe it comes sometime. Hm.

Did you ever see a drive-in bakery?

I didn't, before today. Gotta love Germany, eh? I think it's so darned charming that wherever you turn, you see a bakery. You barely have them in Norway (at least you barely have them where I live - so in the middle of nowhere), and I really can get used to this. (How do you write the plural of bakery? Bakerys? Bakeries?.... I don't know, who cares?). Only bad thing is that they are kiiindof creepy. I mean, hello. Bakeries (taking a chace here) are indeed dangerous, talk about temptation! All the fresh, good smelling buns, cakes, mhHH.

Bottom line:
Bakeries <3

(PS: this is yet another bf-at-the-loo blogpost, so don't cry cause it's so short.)

You know you are in Germany when....

... you see dudes and dudettes drinking alcohol in public. (ok, it's so lame, but I wanted a blog-post titled that, so had to come up with something) (and we really don't do that in Norway, it's kinda illegal.. so it looks funny.. ok, I'm so lame anyway)

So, people. I'm in Germany, enjoying the sun, and as soon as I've gotten access to it, I'll also enjoy the süßigkeiten, the Milka, the Gummibärchen, the cheap beer, and the metal festivals, hoihoi!

I'll update now and then about whats up and stuff. This is just a smaaall my-bf-is-on-the-toilet-and-I-need-something-to-do blog. It also works as a info to the readers that I'm now in Deutschland, and maany blogs from that (at least some, when I have time for it) will be about this lovely country.

And just a small thing I now can say from experience: Talking in your sleep is a tiiiny bit embarrasing when the whole house you're in can hear you. Just a bit. Luckily (?) I talked in a language the people in the house doesn't understand. So at least I was covered if something bad would come up. At least I got a good laugh, and the people around me as well..

Now I think I'll be going to the city nearby and shop? Dunno, at least I won't sit here in the lovely weather!

Auf Wiedersehen! : D
